FSS is a strong believer in recognition programs and rewarding employees for accomplishments, performance and exceptional service. The various incentive programs FSS has in place are listed below:
This award recognizes our employees who continually go above and beyond for FSS and for our customers. Individuals awarded are dedicated to improving our operations, performances, and goals. The award is given once a month to an employee within FSS. All employees are eligible to win this award. The winner will receive a certificate and a gift card.
A WOW! Award is given to any FSS employee for their outstanding achievement:

Award submissions should have details of the act for which the award is being presented. Recipients of the WOW Award receive a certificate and cash prize.
This award will go out to the management and administration staff who adheres to deadlines and are accurate, timely, detailed oriented in regards to completing payroll and billing for the month. The winner will be chosen by the Executive Management Team. Prizes will vary.
This award will go out to the station that has best supported the safety goals of the company. This award will be based on safety briefings and procedures, and ensuring that safety protocol is followed correctly. This will be determined by the Executive Management Team, and will be announced quarterly. Prizes will vary.
This award will go out to the station that has demonstrated valuable contributions, customer satisfaction, growth, profitability and business wins. This award will be chosen by the Executive Management Team. The station will be awarded with a plaque or trophy, and a party for the station.
This award will go out to the Station Leader who has gone above and beyond in their leadership position. This award will be determined based on many areas, that include but are not limited to safety, billing, training, sales, and communication. This will be chosen by the Executive Management Team. Prizes will vary.
On the first Monday of November, each General Manager will submit an employee to be chosen for this award. The award should be based on the employees contributions, teamwork, and positive example he or she sets for the company. When all submissions are complete, the Executive Management Team will then choose a winner based on their work throughout the year. Prizes will vary.
Each month, FSS will recognize our employees every year he or she has worked with us. The employee will receive a gift card of $25 for every year that the employee has been with FSS.
