About our GM: Andrew joined the Navy in 2006 and was put through Nuclear Power School to learn to be a reactor operator and nuclear electronics technician. In 2008, he reported to Submarine USS Nebraska, to serve as a Reactor Operator. Andrew served there for four years operating, maintaining, and repairing the reactor. After, he reported to Pearl Harbor, HI to serve as a Radiological Controls Technician, and did this from 2012 to 2016. In May of 2016, he started his career with FSS, where he became the General Manager. Andrew was a problem solver, and within his first year he was able to create short cuts for several programs FSS uses. In December of 2016, Andrew became an interim GM for FSS Seattle location, as he currently was still managing the Anchorage location.

About our GM: George has worked with FSS since August of 2017. He has worked within the Aviation Industry for over ten years and has over 20 years of Managerial experience, both in Aviation and other industries. Prior to FSS, George was the Station and Ramp manager for Cape Air in BOS leading their scheduled operations. Prior to that, George spent several years with Swissport in BOS as a Supervisor and lead trainer; including ramp, deicing, pushback and fueling. George is proficient in both English and Greek and has fulfilled military requirements in Greece. With an extensive background in leadership and development along with his knowledge of Logan Airport, George has already made a great impact on FSS' operation at BOS.

About our GM: Udaya is from Sri Lanka, where he studied in Colombo Sri Lanka at Nalanda College. Ever since college, he has worked for Srilankan Airlines. Udaya lived in Italy for about eight years while working for Danzas, which is a sub contract company of Alitalia. Since his move to the US in 1998, Udaya has had over seventeen years of aviation experience. He has worked as a Ticket Agent for US Airways at the IAD Dulles International Airport. He then transitioned to working Virgin Atlantic as a Cargo Agent, Duty Manager, and Cargo Service Manager. Udaya has also worked for Saudi Arabian Airlines as a Sales Executive, and Operations Manager. Prior to becoming the General Manager of the FSS BWI station, Udaya worked for Cargo Airport Services, EZ Export, and Swissport Cargo Services.

About our GM: Sherrie joined FSS in May 2013 with a great deal of aviation leadership experience. She spent twelve years in the US Navy working as a Quality Assurance/Safety Supervisor in the aviation field. She worked as an inspector and was proficient in conducting audits. During Sherrieâ€™s time in the US Navy, she obtained the right to bear three gold hash marks on her Star with twelve years of continuous Outstanding Service, as well as three Navy Achievement Medals, two Outstanding Sailor of the Quarter awards, along with various overseas medals and Ad/Mat awards. Since Sherrieâ€™s time with FSS and at CHS Airport, she has successfully and effectively ran our operation, which includes a wheelchair/ skycap consortium for three major airlines, including JetBlue, Delta, American Airlines, as well as a Ramp Handling contract with JetBlue and full Ground Handling services for Alaska Airways.

About our GM: Before joining FSS, Ray served as Regional Director of Maintenance for Global Aviation Services and was responsible for eight mobile mechanics and 10 customer accounts in three states. In addition, Ray spent time with FedEx as a Fleet Maintenance Manager and has been responsible for ensuring safety and training compliance.

About our GM: Linda graduated from California State University, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management. Prior to working for FSS, she started out within the restaurant industry and transferred into retail years later, where she grew her experience with customer service. Linda has about sixteen years in customer service, where she now leads and teaches fellow FSS employees the proper customer service techniques to run a successful business. She has been with FSS since 2011. Linda started off as a Wheelchair Agent and was given the opportunity for a promotion as General Manager in 2015.

About our GM: Suz has been with FSS since August 2015. Prior to FSS, she worked for Air Wisconsin Airlines for about three years and then Piedmont Airlines for about six years. Overall, Suz has about twelve years' experience in Aviation, as well as about twenty nine years experience in customer service, management and training. She understands the day to day operation, where she is proficient in creating schedules, payroll reports, performance reviews, and ensuring compliant operations. Suz is AA CARE Team Certified, and is a Certified Regional Ramp Operations Trainer. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Marshall University.

About our GM: Andrea joined FSS in 2017, where she came on board with ten years of management, and supervisory experience, with an extensive background in facility cargo, ramp operations, human resources and accounting practices. She had managed over thirty-eight employees, four supervisors and several airline accounts for Quantem Aviation Services. Andrea also has an extensive accounting background in air/ocean imports/exports for Ceva Logistics. She has a strong interpersonal skill set that combines effective oral and written communication with leadership, team building and mentoring. Andrea maintains in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures for the following agencies: FSS, TSA, OSHA and United States Customs.

About our GM:Shelley joined FSS in April 2018, with over ten years of Managerial experience, where she has gained expertise in overseeing multiple personnel teams at separate unit locations. She has experience in ensuring achievement of QA standards, providing inventory control, managing logistics operations, handling payroll-related activities, and ensuring procurement of needed products, service and supplies. Shelley also has managed budget related issues, and ensured compliance with prevailing regulations and directives including adherence to OSHA standards and guidelines. She has her Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations from Southern University, as well as her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Political Science from Xavier University. She graduated Xavier as a Cum Laude Graduate.

About our GM:John, who joined FSS in February 2018, has thirty-plus years of Aviation experience and direct sales management. John received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He started his aviation career with Continental Airlines, working with Cargo Operations and was trained in all aspects of Airport and Cargo Operations. Within five years, he moved to Area Sales Manager for Continental, where he was responsible of all cargo sales in the Los Angeles area, working in conjunction with the Sr. Sales Manager and focusing on international and courier accounts. John has had a proven track record in building, developing and maintaining strong, consistent customer base throughout the United States.

About our GM: Kristean began her career in PWM back in 1999 with Continental Express working both below and above wing operations for Continental and Northwest Airlines. In 2009, she transitioned over to the new ground handler for Northwest Northeast Aviation as a Supervisor. Upon the merger with Northwest/Delta, she transferred with Northeast Aviation to another contract ground handling AirTran. In that same year, Northeast Air gave up all ground handling contracts, and that is how FSS came to be in PWM. That transition occurred in September of 2009, at which time Kristean was hired on as a Supervisor. In January 2010, she was promoted to General Manager. During Kristean's time here, she acquired two other contracts, the Wheelchair Consortium in November of 2011. Based on their performance with AirTran, we retained the first above and below wing contract with Southwest Airlines. In 2016 FSS acquired the above and below ground handling contract for Elite Airways.

About our GM: Chris has over 20 years of management and leadership experience, including four in the United States Marine Corps. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management in 2007. He previously served as Account Manager of GCA Services Group, where he trained and developed managers and employees. Also, he was charged with customer satisfaction as Branch Manager of Enterprise Holdings. He has expertise in Human Resources and budgeting.

About our GM: Steve joined FSS in 2016, where he has been a strong leader as the General Manager at our ORD station. He has thirteen years' experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing employees. He also has over eight years' experience in Military Career Counseling, and four years as a Drill Instructor. Steve graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. He is a retired Chief from the US Navy. Steve started off as a Sales Office Manager at State Farm Insurance from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, he was the Division Sales & Marketing Manager at The Noerr Programs, where he recruited, hired and trained over 100 new area and store managers on sales techniques, store management, operations and customer service.

About our GM: Brett started his career in the grocery industry back in 2005, where he worked at Vons Grocery Store, a subsidiary of Safeway and Albertsons. He continued that for three years, as he eventually became a Supervisor in San Diego, CA. Brett left that position in 2008, where he then joined the United States Air Force for four years as a Guidance and Control Specialist. In 2013, after Brett's enlistment was up, he decided to go back to school. He received his Bachelors in Business Managements, and Masters in Business Administration back in 2015. During his time at school, he worked as the Supervisor, Hiring Manager, and eventually the Service Operations Manager at Vons, until his schooling was complete. Brett has been with FSS since January of 2017.
